(c) Consider authorizing the execution of the First Amended and Restated Utility Agreement between the city of Missouri City and Fort Bend County Municipal Utility District No. 48. RESOLUTIONS (a) Consider a resolution granting Fort Bend County Municipal Utility District No. 48 consent to annex approximately 109.74-acres of land located within the city. (b) Consider a resolution denying CenterPoint Energy Resources Corp.’s request to increase gas rates and to consolidate the Houston and Texas Coast Divisions. (c) Consider a resolution adopting a proposed list of city mobility project priorities for submission to Fort Bend County.
