CONSENT AGENDA All consent agenda items listed are considered routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion. (b) Consider authorizing the mayor to accept an easement from the Fort Bend County Toll Road Authority for water transmission pipelines for the Regional Water Treatment Plant. RESOLUTIONS (a) Consider a resolution authorizing the mayor to execute and the city secretary to attest an amendment to a lease agreement by and between the City of Missouri City, Texas, as lessor, and Fort Bend County, as lessee, for the lease of land for the construction and operation of a public library.
