RESOLUTIONS (a) Consider a resolution authorizing the mayor to execute and the city secretary to attest an amendment to a lease agreement by and between the City of Missouri City, Texas, as lessor, and Fort Bend County, as lessee, for the lease of land for the construction and operation of a public library.
