The subject property is located on the Elkins High School campus at 6735 2/3 Knights Court, north of Knights Court, south of Oilfield Road, east of Thompson Ferry Road, and west of State Highway 6. (2) Public hearing to receive comments for or against a request to change the zoning classification of approximately 7.52 acres of land from SD suburban district to R rural single-family residential district; and consider a related ordinance providing a penalty on the first of two readings.
