(b) Consider authorizing a proposal on an ad valorem tax rate by record vote and consider setting the dates for public hearings and the adoption of such proposal on a future meeting agenda. (c) Consider authorizing the purchase of carpeting and carpet installation services through the Texas Multiple Award Schedule (TXMAS) purchasing program.
ORDINANCES (a) Consider an ordinance amending Chapter 74, Parks and Recreation, of the City of Missouri City Code; amending regulations relating to the use of park facilities; providing a penalty; and consider the ordinance on the second and final reading.
