(g) Consider authorizing the negotiation and execution of a contract with SWAGIT for streaming video monthly managed services for various citywide meetings.

(c) Consider a resolution adopting a policy limiting the use of City resources and the period in which City-sponsored community meetings and City-supported community meetings may be held.
