The subject site is located at 3900 Raoul Wallenberg Lane, north of Lone Star Pet Lodge, south of Oyster Creek, east of a Walmart, and west of a Kiddie Academy (under construction). (b) Consider authorizing the execution of an interlocal agreement between the City of Missouri City and Fort Bend County for funding related to improvements to Glenn Lakes Boulevard at the Oyster Creek Tributary. (c) Consider authorizing the City Manager to negotiate and execute a contract for services related to amending the City of Missouri City 2011 Regional Water and Wastewater Planning Study to facilitate the City’s municipal utility district strategic plan. (d) Consider authorizing the City Manager to negotiate and execute a contract for legal and financial services related to the City’s municipal utility district strategic plan. (e) Consider authorizing the city manager to execute a contract related to providing coffee services for City facilities.
RESOLUTIONS (a) Consider a resolution adopting the bylaws of the City of Missouri City Parks Board.
