CONSENT AGENDA All consent agenda items listed are considered routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion. Consider an ordinance granting a request to amend the rules and regulations of PD Planned Development District No. 11 to allow for the location of an adult day care center; providing a penalty; and consider the ordinance on the second and final reading. PD No. 11 is located north and east of the intersection of Lake Olympia Parkway and State Highway 6 and includes a Public Storage facility (6725 Highway 6); a State Farm Insurance business (6705 Highway 6); a shopping center (6701 Highway 6); and a vacant fast food restaurant building (6855 Highway 6). The proposed adult day care center would be located within a lease space within the shopping center.
