CONSENT AGENDA All consent agenda items listed are considered routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion. Consider an ordinance to amend PD, Planned Development District No. 101 pertaining to the development of a single family residential subdivision; consider a related ordinance providing for an amendment to the Comprehensive Plan; providing a penalty; and consider the related ordinance on the second and final reading. The subject site is located north of the Newpoint Estates residential subdivision, south and west of the Creekmont residential subdivision.
AUTHORIZATIONS (a) Consider authorizing the request by the Exchange Club of Fort Bend to post child abuse awareness signs along Highway 90-A and Present Street. (b) Consider authorizing a new mission statement for the Animal Services Division. (c) Consider authorizing the City Manager to execute an agreement for the purchase and installation of picnic pavilions for Independence Park.
RESOLUTIONS (a) Consider a resolution adopting a schedule of fees for the regulation, registration, impoundment and handling of animals. (b) Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute and the City Secretary to attest an economic development agreement between the City and Quail Valley Station LLC, pertaining to certain improvements to an approximately 10.32-acre tract of land located east of The Woods residential subdivision, south of Cartwright Road, north of the future Park Gate residential subdivision, and west of Texas Parkway.
