The subject site is located north of the Waterbrook residential subdivision, southeast of the intersection of Sienna Parkway and Watts Plantation Road, and southwest of a section of Avalon at Sienna residential subdivision. (b) Consider a resolution authorizing the waiver of fees to use a City park for the Snowdrop Foundation Ultra 55 race; and making certain findings relating thereto.
