(a) Consider approving the minutes of the special City Council meeting of January 3, 2019; the special and regular City Council meetings of January 7, 2019; and the special City Council meeting minutes of January 14, 2019.
APPOINTMENTS (a) Consider appointing members to the board of directors for each tax increment reinvestment zone.
AUTHORIZATIONS (a) Consider authorizing the negotiation and execution of an agreement for a City-wide information technology storage solution. (b) Consider approving the parkland dedication proposal for New Point Estates.
ORDINANCES (a) Consider an ordinance amending the City of Missouri City Public Infrastructure Design Manual; providing a penalty; providing for repeal; providing for severability; and providing an effective date. (b) Consider an ordinances amending the general budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2018, and ending September 30, 2019; transferring various appropriations among accounts; appropriating supplemental revenue to various fund accounts; authorizing the appropriate city officials to take steps necessary to accomplish such transfers; making certain findings; and containing certain provisions relating to the subject.
RESOLUTIONS (a) Consider a resolution amending authorized representatives to the Texas Local Government Investment Pool. (b) Consider a resolution identifying certain officials within authority to open and maintain a city account or accounts with Wells Fargo Bank, National Association; providing for repeal; and containing other provisions relating to the subject. (c) Consider a resolution identifying certain officials within the authority to maintain account with Wells Fargo National Bank Association for the City of Missouri City Nonprofit Trust for the payment of certain employee benefits and containing other provisions relating to the subject. (d) Consider a resolution affirming the commitment of the City Council of the City of Missouri City to the proposed City of Missouri City Veterans Memorial Project; and containing other provisions related thereto. (e) Consider a resolution approving the submission of a Community Development Block Grant – Disaster Recovery application to the Texas General Land Office to fund certain flood control and infrastructure projects within the City of Missouri City, Texas; designating the Mayor as the City’s authorized official to accept, reject, alter or terminate the grant; and containing other provisions related thereto.
