RESOLUTIONS (a) Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute and the City Secretary to attest to an economic development agreement between the Reinvestment Zone No. 1; the City of Missouri City, Texas; and the Missouri City Development Authority, pertaining to the development and construction of a veteran’s memorial and a parks maintenance facility.
