CONSENT AGENDA All consent agenda items listed are considered routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a councilmember so requests; in which event, the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered in its normal sequence on the agenda. Information concerning consent agenda items is available for public review. (a) Consider approving the minutes of the special and regular City Council meetings of November 18, 2019.
APPOINTMENTS (a) Consider appointing a member to the board of directors of the Fort Bend Subsidence District Board for a two-year term beginning on February 1, 2020 and ending on January 31, 2022.
RESOLUTIONS (a) Consider a resolution casting a vote for the election of a member of the board of directors of the Harris County Appraisal District for a two-year term commencing on January 1, 2020; and other provisions related thereto. (b) Consider a resolution casting votes for the election of members of the board of directors of the Fort Bend Central Appraisal District for the two-year term commencing on January 1, 2020; and other provisions related thereto. (c) Consider a resolution amending the Comprehensive Financial Policy for the City of Missouri City, Texas by revising the Fund Balance Policy; providing an effective date; providing for a repeal; and providing for severability. (d) Consider a resolution approving the submission of a grant application for the Community Outdoor Outreach Program to the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department to fund outdoor recreation and education programs; and containing other provisions related thereto.
