All consent agenda items listed are considered routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a councilmember so requests; in which event, the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered in its normal sequence on the agenda. (a) Consider approving the minutes of the special City Council meeting of November 26, 2019, the special and regular City Council meetings of December 2, 2019, and the special City Council meeting of December 5, 2019.
Public Hearings and related actions (1) Public hearing to receive comments on the Program Year 2018 – 2019 Comprehensive Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for the Community Development Block Grant program.
AUTHORIZATIONS (a) Consider accepting a deed for parkland from Herrin Ranch Development II Inc.
RESOLUTIONS (a) Consider a resolution authorizing the mayor to execute and the city secretary to attest an economic development agreement between the City and Grand Parkway Commercial T&Q, LLC, pertaining to certain improvements to an approximately 6.13-acre tract of land located in the City of Missouri City, Texas. (b) Consider a resolution committing City funding to the Cangelosi drainage and detention project. (c) Consider a resolution granting general authority to the city manager and his designees to execute certain agreements and approve certain change orders for City of Missouri City purchases.
