a) Public hearing to receive comments for or against a request by Mahesh Wadhwa of Wadhwa and Associates on behalf of Mara-Natha Full Gospel Church of Dallas for a Specific Use Permit to locate a place of assembly on a tract of land currently zoned LC-2, Local Retail District.

9. PUBLIC HEARING AND CONSIDERATION FOR A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT
a) Public hearing to receive comments for or against a request by David Petrakovitz of T-Mobile West Corporation on behalf of Global Geophysical Services, Inc. to amend Planned Development District #58 (O-06-43) to allow for the construction of a 140 ft. telecommunications tower and associated equipment.
b) Consideration of the approval of a Final Report to City Council on item 9A above.
10. CONSIDERATION OF THE ADOPTION OF A PRELIMINARY REPORT
a. Consideration of the adoption of a Preliminary Report on proposed amendments to Section 4, Definitions and Section 7, Use Districts contained in the Zoning Ordinance, pertaining to the use of private, onsite water and waste water treatment and disposal systems (Private Utilities).
b. Call a public hearing to receive comments for or against the adoption of a Final Report to City Council on item 10a above.
11. CONSIDERATION OF THE ADOPTIONS OF A PRELIMINARY REPORT
a. Consideration of the adoption of a Preliminary Report on proposed amendments to Section 7, Use Districts, contained in the Zoning Ordinance pertaining to the regulations for the outside placement of materials, merchandise, equipment and sales and services.
b. Call a public hearing to receive comments for or against the adoption of a Final Report to City Council on item 11a above.
12. CONSIDERATION OF THE ADOPTION OF A PRELIMINARY REPORT
