10. PUBLIC HEARING AND CONSIDERATION FOR A SPECIFIC USE PERMIT
a. Public hearing to receive comments for or against a request by Kurt Racca of Reese/Racca Interests, Ltd. to amend Ordinance O-02-03 relating to a Specific User Permit (SUP) - kindergarten and nursery schools, to remove an approximate 1.24 acre tract of land from the boundaries of the SUP. The underlying zoning designation of the property would remain SD, Suburban District. The subject site is located at the intersection of Silver Ridge Boulevard and Sienna Parkway, south of the Primrose School of Sienna and west of the Silver Ridge residential subdivision.
b. Consideration of the approval of a Final report to City Council on item 10a above.
