8. PUBLIC HEARING AND CONSIDERATION FOR A ZONING MAP AMENDMENT
a. Public hearing to receive comments for or against a request by Chad Millis to rezone an approximate
5.260 acre tract of land from LC-3, Retail District to PD, Planned Development district to locate an office complex for the Millis Construction Company. The subject site is located within the Tang City Plaza subdivision.
b. Consideration of the approval of a Final report to City Council on item 8a above.
9. PUBLIC HEARING AND CONSIDERATION FOR A ZONING TEXT AMENDMENT
a. Public hearing to receive comments for or against amendments to Section 9 Supplementary District Regulations contained in the Zoning Ordinance and pertaining to the City's regulation of trash disposal areas.
b. Consideration of the approval of a Final report to City Council on item 9a above.
10. PUBLIC HEARING AND CONSIDERATION FOR A ZONING TEXT AMENDMENT
a. Public hearing to receive comments for or against proposed amendments to the Sign Regulations contained in the Zoning Ordinance.
b. Consideration of the approval of a Final report to City Council on item 10a above.
12. CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION The Planning Commission may go into Executive Session regarding any item posted on the Agenda as authorized by Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code. Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission may go into Executive Session in accordance with the following provision of the Government Code: Texas Government Code, Section 551.071 - Consultation with attorney to seek or receive legal advice regarding pending or contemplated litigation, a settlement offer, or on a matter which the duty of the attorney to the City under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with Texas Open Meetings Act: sign ordinance.
13. RECONVENE into Regular Session and Consider Action, if any, on items discussed in Executive Session.
