a. Public hearing to receive comments for or against a request by Graceland Community Church of Houston, Texas, to rezone an approximate 3.68 acre tract of land, currently subject to SUP, Specific Use District #110 by ordinance O-90-9 with the underlying zones of R-4, Patio Cluster residential and CF, Community facilities to PD Planned Development District to allow for the use of the property for child care, educational, religious services and ancillary functions. The subject site is located at 4440 Lexington Boulevard to the north, east and west of the Lexington Colony residential subdivision.
b. Consideration of the approval of a Final report to City Council on item 9a above.
12. PUBLIC HEARING AND CONSIDERATION FOR A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT
a. Public hearing to receive comments for or against a request to rezone an approximate 11 acre tract of land, currently zoned R-5, townhouse residential district to PD, Planned Development District to allow for use of the property as an office/warehouse complex. The subject site is located southwest of the intersection of South Cravens Road and Chang-An Drive and northwest of the Pine Meadow residential subdivision.
b. Consider approval of a Final report to City Council on item 10a above.
13. PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION RULES OF PROCEDURE.
a. Consider the adoption of amended Rules of Procedure on the second of two readings.
14. PUBLIC HEARING NOTICING REQUIREMENTS
a. Discussion on the noticing requirements for zoning map amendments, zoning text amendments and replats in a residential area.
15. HOTEL/MOTEL ARCHITECTURAL STANDARDS REGULATIONS
a. Discuss proposed amendments to the City's Architectural Standards relating to hotels and motels and consider calling a public hearing on the proposed regulations.
