12. CONSIDERATION OF THE ADOPTION OF A PROPOSED AMENDMENT
a. Consideration of the adoption of a recommendation to City Council concerning a proposed amendment to the Sienna Plantation Joint Development Agreement. The proposed amendment is for the purpose of modifying the Land Use Plan Exhibit D-1C to accurately reflect the land uses previously constructed and the relocation of future land uses in Tracts D and F. Tracts D and F are located in the Sienna North area and includes approximately 242.8 acres and 1,954 acres respectively along the Fort Bend Parkway, extending south to the levee easement.
13. PUBLIC HEARING AND CONSIDERATION FOR A ZONING TEXT AMENDMENT-HOTELS/MOTELS
a. Public hearing to receive comments for or against proposed amendments to the City's Architectural Standards relating to hotels and motels.
b. Consideration of the approval of a Final report to City Council on item 13a above.
14. PUBLIC HEARING AND CONSIDERATION FOR A ZONING TEXT AMENDMENT - NOTICING REQUIREMENTS
a. Public hearing to receive comments for or against proposed amendments to the noticing requirements for zoning map amendments and zoning text amendments.
