8. PUBLIC HEARING AND CONSIDERATION FOR A ZONING MAP AMENDMENT
a. Public hearing to receive comments for or against a request to rezone an approximately 30.0 acre tract of land from LC-3, retail district to MF-2, multifamily residential district. The subject site is located south of Trammel Fresno Road, east of the Fort Bend Parkway and west of Fort Bend Independent School District's Hightower High School.
b. Consider approval of a Final report to City Council on item 8a above.
9. PUBLIC HEARING AND CONSIDERATION FOR A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT
a. Public hearing to receive comments for or against a request to rezone an approximate 26 acre tract of land, currently zoned LC-3, retail district to PD, Planned Development District to allow for the use of the property as a mixed-use development incorporating LC-3, retail district uses and office/warehouse/industrial uses. The subject site is located southwest of the intersection of Highway 90A and Tang City Drive and northeast of the intersection of Bull Lane and Adams Street.
b. Consider approval of a Final report to City Council on item 9a above.
10. PUBLIC HEARING AND CONSIDERATION FOR A ZONING TEXT AMENDMENT - VEHICLE SIGNS
a. Public hearing to receive comments for or against proposed amendments to the City's Sign Regulations relating to vehicle signs.
b. Consider approval of a Preliminary report on item 10a above.
11. CONSIDERATION OF THE SEMI-ANNUAL REPORT CONCERNING IMPACT FEES AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PLAN
a. Consideration of an updated report on the land use assumptions and capital improvements plan for the Northeast Oyster Creek Subwatershed.
b. Consideration of the approval of a Semi-Annual Report to City Council.
