8. PUBLIC HEARING AND CONSIDERATION FOR A SPECIFIC USE PERMIT
a. Public hearing to receive comments for or against a request by John Clements of Jackson & Ryan Architects for a Specific Use Permit for the existing Holy Family Catholic Church. The church site presently has a zoning classification of LC-3, retail district. The subject site is located at 1510 5th Street, north of the Springfield Apartments, south of Highway 90A, west of Bull Lane and east of the Fort Bend County Annex.
b. Consideration of the approval of a Final report to City Council on item 8a above.
9. PUBLIC HEARING AND CONSIDERATION FOR A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT
a. Public hearing to receive comments for or against a request by Fort Bend Family Promise to remove an approximate 1.067 acre tract of land from the existing Planned Development District #7, and create a new Planned Development District to allow for the use of the property as an office. The subject site is located on the south side of Cartwright Road, west of Colonial Lakes Drive and east of Dulles Avenue.
b. Consideration of the approval of a Final report to City Council on item 9a above.
10. PUBLIC HEARING AND CONSIDERATION FOR A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT
a. Public hearing to receive comments for or against a request by Llarance Turner of Kelly Kaluza & Associates, Inc. to remove an approximate 2.332 acre tract of land from the existing Planned Development District #7, and create a new Planned Development District to allow for use of the property as an Assisted Living Facility. The subject site is located on the south side of Cartwright Road, west of Colonial Lakes Drive and east of Dulles Avenue.
b. Consideration of the approval of a Final report to City Council on item 10a above.
11. PUBLIC HEARING FOR A ZONING TEXT AMENDMENT - VEHICLE SIGNS
a. Public hearing to receive comments for or against proposed amendments to the City's Sign Regulations relating to vehicle signs.
b. Consideration of the approval of a Final report to City Council on item 11a above.
12. ACCESSORY STRUCTURES - SECTION 9.2
a. Discuss proposed amendment to the City's Zoning Ordinance relating to accessory structures and consider calling a public hearing on the proposed regulations.
