5. PUBLIC COMMENT This is an opportunity for the public to address the Planning and Zoning Commission on items/concerns not on the agenda. Public comments shall be limited to three (3) minutes per individual and to five (5) minutes per subject. Public comments may address items that are not on the agenda.

7. ZONING MAP AMENDMENTS.
A. PUBLIC HEARING AND CONSIDERATION FOR A SPECIFIC USE PERMIT
(1) Public hearing to receive comments for or against a request by David Krukiel for a Specific Use Permit to allow for the development of a memory care facility, and to the extent such rezoning deviates from the Future Land Use and Character map of the Comprehensive Plan, to provide for an amendment therefrom. The subject site is located north of the El Vaquero Mexican Restaruant, east of the Lakeshore at Brightwater residential subdivision, and southwest of the intersection of Fifth Street and Murphy Road (FM 1092).
(2) Consideration of the approval of a Final report to City Council on item 7A above.
B. PUBLIC HEARING AND CONSIDERATION FOR A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT
(1) Public hearing to receive comments for or against a request to amend the regulations of Planned Development District #35 (O-10-14) to allow for the development of a telecommunications tower and associated equipment and, to the extent such rezoning deviates from the Future Land Use and Character map of the Comprehensive Plan, to provide for an amendment therefrom. The subject site is located along the west side of Sienna Parkway, and is west of the Waterbrook and Silver Ridge residential subdivisions, south of the Waterbrook West residential subdivision, and north of the Woods residential subdivision.
(2) Consideration of the approval of a Final report to City Council on item 7B above.
8. ZONING TEXT AMENDMENTS.
A. CONSIDERATION OF THE ADOPTION OF A RECOMMENDATION TO CITY COUNCIL REGARDING A PARKLAND DEDICATION PROPOSAL FOR TALIA WOOD PATIO HOMES.
9. OTHER MATTERS WITHIN THE JURISDICTION OF THE COMMISSION OR THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS ADVISORY COMMITTEE. None
