(1) Public hearing to receive comments for or against a request by Mabel Simpson to rezone an approximate 86.5748 acre tract of land from R-1, Single family residential district to PD, Planned Development district to allow for the use of private water and wastewater treatment and disposal systems for the development of one single family dwelling and accessory structures, and to the extent such rezoning deviates from the Future Land Use and Character map of the Comprehensive Plan, to provide for an amendment therefrom. The subject site is located north of the Westpoint Estates and Oyster Creek Country residential subdivisions, south of the Estates of Silver Ridge residential subdivision and east of Black Creek Village residential subdivision.
