(1) Public hearing to receive comments for or against amendments to the City's Zoning Ordinance related to the use of private water or wastewater treatment and disposal systems and consider the preliminary report thereon.
(2) Direct staff to call a public hearing for consideration of a final report.
B. CONSIDERATION FOR AMENDMENTS REGARDING SIGN REGULATIONS
(1) Discuss objectives for possible amendments to the Zoning Ordinance related to sign regulations.
(2) Direct staff to call a public hearing for consideration of a preliminary report.

(1) Discuss updated objectives for possible amendments to the Zoning Ordinance related to landscaping regulations.

(1) Consideration of an updated report on the land use assumptions and capital improvements plan for the Northeast Oyster Creek Subwatershed, Lake Olympia Parkway Extension and Mustang Bayou Service Area.
