7. ZONING MAP AMENDMENTS
A. PUBLIC HEARING FOR A ZONING MAP AMENDMENT
(1) Public hearing to receive comments for or against a request by the City of Missouri City to rezone an approximate 416.915-acre tract of land from R-2, single family residential district to BP, business park district to allow for the commercial development of the tract, and to the extent such rezoning deviates from the Future Land Use and Character map of the Comprehensive Plan, to provide for an amendment therefrom. The subject site is located north of Lake Olympia Parkway, west of the Fort Bend Parkway, east of the Crescent Oak Village residential subdivision and Community Park, and south of the Thunderbird North residential subdivision.
(2) Consideration of the approval of a Final report to City Council on item 7A(1) above.

A. PUBLIC HEARING ON AMENDMENTS REGARDING LANDSCAPING REGULATIONS
(1) Public hearing to receive comments for or against amendments to the City's Zoning Ordinance related to landscaping regulations.
B. PUBLIC HEARING AND CONSIDERATION OF AMENDMENTS REGARDING SIGN REGULATIONS
(1) Public hearing to receive comments for or against amendments to the City's Zoning Ordinance related to sign regulations and consider a Preliminary report therefrom.
(2) Direct staff to call a public hearing for consideration of a Final report to City Council.
9. CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION
10. RECONVENE INTO Regular Session and Consider Action, if any, on items discussed in Executive Session.
