A. PUBLIC HEARING FOR A SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - NEW HOPE LUTHERAN CHURCH
(1) Public hearing to receive comments for or against a request by New Hope Lutheran Church for an SUP, Specific Use Permit, to allow for the continued location of a religious place of assembly and to allow for the location of an educational place of assembly, and to the extent such rezoning deviates from the Future Land Use and Character map of the Comprehensive Plan, to provide for an amendment therefrom.
(2) Consideration of the approval of a Final report to City Council on item 7A(1) above.
B. PUBLIC HEARING FOR A SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - COZY LIVING COMMUNITY
(1) Public hearing to receive comments for or against a request by Nichole Bowden of South Texas Surveying for an SUP, Specific Use Permit to locate an assisted living facility within an existing single family residential home, and to the extent such rezoning deviates from the Future Land Use and Character map of the Comprehensive Plan, to provide for an amendment therefrom.
(2) Consideration of the approval of a Final report to City Council on item 7B(1) above.
8. ZONING TEXT AMENDMENTS
A. PUBLIC HEARING AND CONSIDERATION OF AMENDMENTS REGARDING SIGN REGULATIONS
(1) Public hearing to receive comments for or against amendments to the City's Zoning Ordinance related to sign regulations and consider a Final report.
(2) Consideration of the approval of a Final report to City Council on item 8A(1) above.

10. RECONVENE INTO Regular Session and Consider Action, if any, on items discussed in Executive Session.
