A. PUBLIC HEARING FOR A SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - CENTERPOINT TOWER AND HUT
(1) Public hearing to receive comments for or against a request by Midtown Engineers, LLC or a SUP, Specific Use Permit to locate a 150 foot tall monopole tower and associated equipment shelter for Centerpoint Energy Houston Electric, LLC, and to the extent such rezoning deviates from the Future Land Use and Character map of the Comprehensive Plan, to provide for an amendment therefrom. The subject site is located north of an existing Centerpoint substation and the Garden Park Village residential subdivision, south and west of the Crestmont Place residential subdivision, and east of FM 2234 -Texas Parkway.
(2) Consideration of the approval of a Final report to City Council on item 7A(1) above.
B. PUBLIC HEARING FOR A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT - THE STORAGE PLACE
(1) Public hearing to receive comments for or against a request by Patrick Nolan to rezone an approximate 4.00 acre tract of land from LC-3, Retail district to PD, Planned Development District to allow for the development of a mini-warehouse facility, and to the extent such rezoning deviates from the Future Land Use and Character map of the Comprehensive Plan, to provide for an amendment therefrom. The subject site is located northwest of the intersection of Fifth Street and FM 1092, south of a Meineke Car Care center, and east of the Brightwater residential subdivision.
(2) Consideration of the approval of a Final report to City Council on item 7B(1) above.
C. PUBLIC HEARING FOR A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT - MEMORIAL PLANTATION (RESIDENTIAL)
(1) Public hearing to receive comments for or against a request by Harold Ellis, Jones & Carter, Inc. to rezone into to two Planned Development Districts the following: Proposed Planned Development District #1: Rezone a portion of an approximate 436.80 acre tract of land from CF, community facilities; R-2, single family residential; and LC-2, local retail district to PD, Planned Development District to allow for the development of single family residential, commercial and civic uses; To the extent that either rezoning deviates from the Future Land Use and Character map of the Comprehensive Plan, to provide for an amendment therefrom. The subject site is located north of Lake Olympia Parkway and Olympia Estates residential subdivision, north and east of the Lake Olympia residential subdivision, south of the Thunderbird North residential subdivision, east of Quail Valley Glenn Lakes and Community Park and west of the Fort Bend Parkway.
(2) Consideration of the approval of a Final report to City Council on item 7D(1).
D. PUBLIC HEARING FOR A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT - MEMORIAL PLANTATION (MIXED USE)
(1) Proposed Planned Development District #2: Rezone the remainder of the approximate 436.80 acre tract of land from R-2, single family residential; LC-2, local retail district and LC-3, retail district to PD, Planned Development District to allow for the development of single family residential, multifamily residential and commercial uses;To the extent that either rezoning deviates from the Future Land Use and Character map of the Comprehensive Plan, to provide for an amendment therefrom.The subject site is located north of Lake Olympia Parkway and Olympia Estates residential subdivision, north and east of the Lake Olympia residential subdivision, south of the Thunderbird North residential subdivision, east of Quail Valley Glenn Lakes and Community Park and west of the Fort Bend Parkway.
(2) Consideration of the approval of a Final report to City Council on item 7D(1).
