A. PUBLIC HEARING FOR A ZONING MAP AMENDMENT -ROTHWELL STREET
(1) Public hearing to receive comments for or against a request by City of Missouri City to rezone an approximate 1.25 acre tract of land from LC-2, Local retail district to R-2, Single family residential district to allow for the continuation of a residential area, and to the extent such rezoning deviates from the Future Land Use and Character map of the Comprehensive Plan, to provide for an amendment therefrom. The subject site is located northeast of Rothwell Street and south of the intersection of Fifth Street and Independence Blvd., northwest of a Lexington Place residential subdivision, north of Optimum Personal Care, and east of the intersection of Fifth Street and FM 1092.
(2) Consideration of the approval of a Final report to City Council on item 8A(1) above.
B. PUBLIC HEARING FOR A ZONING MAP AMENDMENT - GATEWAY SOUTHWEST INDUSTRIAL PARK
(1) Public hearing to receive comments for or against a request by Jeffory Stringer of Conor Commercial Real Estate, to rezone a 2.285 acre tract of land from CF, Community facilities district to I, Industrial district; and to the extent such rezoning deviates from the Future Land Use and Character map of the Comprehensive Plan, to provide for an amendment therefrom. The subject site is located to the northeast of the US 90A and Beltway 8 intersection; south of Fondren Park subdivision; and east of Missouri City Fire Station #2.
(2) Consideration of the approval of a Final report to City Council on item 8B(1).
C. PUBLIC HEARING FOR A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT - STAFFORDSHIRE
(1) Public hearing to receive comments for or against a request by Jonathan Woodruff, D.R. Horton to rezone an approximate 37.96 acre tract of land from LC-1, Local retail restricted district and LC-2, Local retail district to PD, Planned Development district to allow for the location of a single family residential development, and to the extent such rezoning deviates from the Future Land Use and Character map of the Comprehensive Plan, to provide for an amendment therefrom. The subject site is located north of Glover Elementary School and Meadowcreek residential subdivision, south of the Knanaya Homes residential subdivision and west of the Quail Green West residential subdivision.
(2) Consideration of the approval of a Final report to City Council on item 8C(1) above.
D. PUBLIC HEARING FOR A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT - THE STORAGE PLACE
(1) Public hearing to receive comments for or against a request by Patrick Nolan to rezone an approximate 4.00 acre tract of land from LC-3, Retail district to PD, Planned Development District to allow for the development of a mini-warehouse facility, and to the extent such rezoning deviates from the Future Land Use and Character map of the Comprehensive Plan, to provide for an amendment therefrom. The subject site is located northwest of the intersection of Fifth Street and FM 1092, south of a Meineke Car Care center, and east of the Brightwater residential subdivision.
(2) Consideration of the approval of a Final report to City Council on item 8D(1) above.
E. PUBLIC HEARING FOR A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT (PD #8) - SIENNA CROSSING (ACADEMY)
(1) Public hearing comments for or against a request by Khaled Salem of Sienna Cypress LLC., to amend certain regulations and restrictions within Ordinance O-05-04 pertaining to PD, Planned Development District #8 to allow for the development of Academy Sports and Outdoors and adjacent shopping center. PD #8 is located along both sides of Sienna Parkway, north of Fort Bend Parkway, on the south side of State Highway 6, east of Oyster Creek Farms, and west of Oakwick Forest Estates.
(2) Consideration of the approval of a Final report to City Council on item 8E(1).

A. CONSIDERATION FOR AMENDMENTS REGARDING REGULATING BURGLAR BARS AND OTHER FIXED SECURITY DEVICES
(1) Discuss possible amendments to the Zoning Ordinance regarding regulating burglar bars and other fixed security devices.
(2) Consider authorizing staff to call a public hearing.
