(1) Public hearing to receive comments for or against a request by Jonathan Woodruff, D.R. Horton to amend Ordinance O-13-05 pertaining to PD, Planned Development District #88 to allow for the location of a single family residential development, and to the extent such rezoning deviates from the Future Land Use and Character map of the Comprehensive Plan, to provide for an amendment therefrom. The proposed single family residential development is located on an approximately 13.611 acre tract of land within District (1) - Commercial Northwest.
(2) Consideration of the approval of a Final report to City Council on item 7A(1) above.

A. PUBLIC HEARING AND CONSIDERATION FOR AMENDMENTS REGARDING WATER AND WASTEWATER TREATMENT AND DISPOSAL SYSTEM REGULATIONS
(1) Public hearing to receive comments for or against amendment to the City's Zoning Ordinance related to the use of private water or wastewater treatment and disposal systems.
(2) Consideration of the approval of a Final report to City Council on item 8A(1) above.
9. OTHER MATTERS WITHIN THE JURISDICTION OF THE COMMISSION OR THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS ADVISORY COMMITTEE.
