A. PUBLIC HEARING FOR A ZONING MAP AMENDMENT

(1) Public hearing to receive comments for or against a request by Mehoob Momin to rezone an approximate 2 acre tract of land from LC-2, local retail district to LC-3, retail district; and to the extent such rezoning deviates from the Future Land Use and Character map of the Comprehensive Plan, to provide for an amendment therefrom. The subject site is located at 2031 FM 1092, south of the Murphy Road Church of Christ, east of the Casa Vaqueros Mexican Grill Restaurant (formerly El Vaquero Mexican Restaurant), west of Optimum Personal Care assisted living facility and south of the intersection of Fifth Street and FM 1092.

(2) Consideration of the approval of a Final report to City Council on item 8A(1) above.

B. PUBLIC HEARING FOR A ZONING MAP AMENDMENT

(1) Public hearing to receive comments for or against a request by Bruce W. Derrick to rezone an approximately 4.318 acre tract of land from LC-2, local retail district to LC-3, retail district; and to the extent such rezoning deviates from the Future Land Use and Character map of the Comprehensive Plan, to provide for an amendment therefrom. The subject site is located at 3801 - 3843 Cartwright Road, southwest of the FM 1092 and Cartwright Road intersection; north of American Mini Storage facility and Plantation Trails residential subdivision; and east of the Missouri City Municipal Court and Missouri City Police Department.

(2) Consideration of the approval of a Final report to City Council on item 8B(1) above.

C. PUBLIC HEARING FOR A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT

(1) Public hearing to receive comments for or against a request by Mary Villareal of the Interfield Group, to rezone an approximate 4.019 acre tract of land from R-5, Townhouse residential district to PD, Planned Development District to allow for deviations from Section 7.6.C. Height and area regulations to allow for the development of a townhome residential community; and to the extent such rezoning deviates from the Future Land Use and Character map of the Comprehensive Plan, to provide for an amendment therefrom.

(2) Consideration of the approval of a Final report to City Council on item 8C(1) above.
