ZONING MAP AMENDMENTS PUBLIC HEARING FOR A ZONING MAP AMENDMENT (1) Public hearing to receive comments for or against a request by Bill Odle of TBG Partners to zone an approximate 11.287 acre tract of land presently classified as SD, Suburban district to LC-3, Retail district to allow for uses permitted within LC-3, Retail district, and to the extent such rezoning deviates from the Future Land Use and Character map of the Comprehensive Plan, to provide for an amendment therefrom. The subject site is located on the west side of Sienna Ranch Road and Highway 6 intersection; east side of the Flat Bank Creek/levee; northwest and west of Houston Methodist Emergency Care Center and northeast of Sonic Drive-in restaurant. (2) Consideration of the approval of a final report to City Council on item 7A(1) above.
PUBLIC HEARING FOR A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT AMENDMENT (1) Public hearing to receive comments for or against a request by TBG Partners to amend the regulations and restrictions of PD, Planned Development District #36 to merge a portion of an area identified as Tract A into an area identified as Tract D and to allow for all of the regulations and restrictions pertaining to Tract D within this area; and to the extent such rezoning deviates from the Future Land Use and Character map of the Comprehensive Plan, to provide for an amendment therefrom. PD #36 is located on the southwest corner of the intersection of Bees Passage and Sienna Parkway. (2) Consideration of the approval of a final report to City Council on item 7B(1) above. 8.
