PUBLIC HEARING FOR A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT (1) Public hearing to receive comments for or against a request by Jils Skariah, Trimcos to rezone a tract of land from R-4, patio-cluster residential district to PD, Planned Development District to allow for the development of a multifamily residential community for active, independent senior adults; and to the extent such rezoning deviates from the Future Land Use and Character map of the Comprehensive Plan, to provide for an amendment therefrom. The subject site is located north of the Knanaya Homes residential subdivision, south of Scanlin Road, and west of Staffordshire Road, the Hunters Green and Quail Green West residential subdivisions.
