DEDICATION IN CASH IN LIEU OF PAYMENTS CAN BE MADE, UM, IN LIEU OF PUBLIC PARKLAND.

THE APPLICATION 10 MEND WOULD PROVIDE A LIFT STATION AS AN ALLOWABLE USE WITHIN RESERVE SEA, WHICH IS, UM, FRONTING HIGHWAY SIX.
